We streamline the recruiting process to make it as easy and seamless as possible.

From delivering a job description that really stands out and draws in the right talent, from understanding how to correctly market positions and look for candidates in the market, to true headhunting, where we look for passive candidates, Cherry Talent Group works as your companies talent consultant. Keeping you in the loop on what is happening in the market, what your competitors are offering, we want to be the eyes and ears for our clients. Breaking away from the traditional contingent model Cherry Talent Group charges an hourly consultative rate. Our range is anywhere from $70-$85 dollars an hour depending on the type of position we are working on. Our clients are currently spending on average two-thirds less in placement costs as compared to the contingent model. We do this without sacrificing excellent customer care to our clients and candidates.

We provide detailed documentation in every invoice of how many candidates have been sourced, submitted and interviewed so you know how your dollars are being spent. As we talk to candidates we are not only looking for a skills match but are also conducting behavior interviewing to gauge if this candidate is the right fit both in skills and culture.

Our talent consultants only work with a handful of positions at a time, so we dedicate ourselves to really exploring all possible talent. We take our time to give our clients and candidates our full attention.

Our model is flexible so we can partner with you on every position you need filled from administrative to executive. Our model allows for true transparency and constant communication on what is unfolding.
